I order a copy, enter the discount code at the appropriate time during checkout, the site verifies the discount has been accepted and voila, I get charged full price ($30). I figure the discounted price for a new license is close to what I pay for an upgrade. Then I receive a mass email from Plum Amazing offering a 35% discount on any of their software products (expiration date January 31, 2012). Their site claimed they had no record of my owning a license fro iWatermark therefore I was not eligible for an upgrade.

First, I contacted them about the upgrade path from the original product.

My problem is with Plum Amazing's customer service, or lack of. The software is adequate and works as advertized for what it does. Somewhere along the line Plum Amazing acquired iWatermark and rebranded it iWatermark Pro.

Once added to a photo, this visible watermark indicates that the image is created and owned by you. IWatermark Pro is the essential watermarking app for professional, business, and personal use.Įasily secure and protect your photos with text, a graphic, a signature, or a QR watermark.
